The research will aim to investigate the protection of social rights of immigrates given in the international law in the UK. Many human rights contracts clearly forbid discrimination centered on state origin and want states to guarantee that immigrants’ human rights are treated equally. Moreover, immigrants, like other particularly vulnerable groups, have been granted additional safeguards under international law to address situations in which their rights are most at danger, such as the employment. The research will focus on the immigrants and their social rights in the UK.
